A family adventure at the heart of seasonal rentals
Since 2018, our family has been involved in seasonal rentals between Montpellier and the Mediterranean.
This project, which began with a short-term apartment rental, has turned into a true passion: welcoming travelers for stays, sharing our best addresses, and creating unforgettable experiences.
With my partner Stephan, we have extended this adventure to Carnon and Lattes, always making sure to offer comfortable, beautifully decorated apartments, ideally located to enjoy the South of France.
A local concierge service,

In 2023, we founded Appart'Hôtel Évasion – Conciergerie Montpellier Plages, a professional concierge service for furnished tourist rentals.
Today we manage 17 holiday apartments selected for their location, comfort and quality of service.
All are designed for family holidays, couples' holidays, holidays with friends or for short business trips.
Our small, dedicated team remains available and responsive, ensuring reliable management for owners and a worry-free experience for tenants.

Our accommodations are located a few minutes from the beaches of Carnon, Palavas-les-Flots, or the center of Montpellier.
Each property is prepared with care, as if it were our own. We attach great importance to personalized service, cleanliness, tasteful decor, and complete equipment (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, etc.).
